“Seeing Dr Dev go to such lengths as her health declines makes Srishty question whether some bonds can ever truly be left behind,” says Gulki Joshi on the upcoming track of Sony SAB’s Yaadein

Mumbai: Sony SAB’s Yaadein continues to entertain audiences with its refreshing mix of warmth, humour and engaging medical stories. While the doctors at JBMMC Hospital tackle unusual cases every day, their personal lives remain just as unpredictable, leading to moments that are equal parts touching, funny and relatable.

In the upcoming episodes, Dr Dev (Iqbal Khan) finds himself facing his most personal case yet when his ex-wife and administrative head, Srishty Agarwal (Gulki Joshi) begins experiencing a series of alarming health issues, including memory lapses, loss of coordination and dangerous episodes of sleepwalking. While Srishty refuses to believe that something is wrong, Dr Dev notices the subtle signs and goes to great lengths to ensure she gets the medical help she needs. As he stands by her side through the diagnosis and treatment of a neurological condition, his care and concern begin rekindling old emotions between them. However, their growing closeness creates tension for Digvijay (Arjun Punjj) and confusion for Dr Vaani (Srishti Singh), leading to a complex of emotions and unresolved feelings.

As Srishty battles a life-altering health crisis, will Dev’s unwavering support bring them closer once again?

Gulki Joshi, who plays Dr. Srishty shares, “What I love most about this track is that it has so many shades to it. There are medical challenges, emotional moments, but also a lot of warmth and humour. Srishty is someone who hates depending on others, so she keeps resisting help, while Dr Dev keeps finding ways to look after her. Seeing Dr Dev go to such lengths for her makes my character Srishty question whether some bonds can ever truly be left behind. Their banter is really fun to watch, but beneath it there’s also a lot of care and familiarity that comes from their shared history. As the story progresses, viewers will definitely start wondering whether these moments are bringing Dr Dev and Srishty closer again and that’s what makes the track so interesting.”
